Parent FAQ

Click on « Parents » then « Find a teacher / Submit a request ». First answer the EXPRESS Form (Step 1/2), then complete the request (Step 2/2). You will receive an SMS with a code to verify your number. Once the code is entered, your request is visible to verified teachers.
Teachers write to you first via the internal messaging system of the platform, from your request. When you find a teacher who suits you, you can click on « Continue with this teacher » to share your number and have them contact you directly.
The platform model is based on pay per contact. When you choose to share your number with a teacher, they pay a small amount to obtain your details. This model protects the time and investment of teachers, who only pay for motivated parents.
The directory allows you to search for a teacher directly according to your criteria. When you find a profile that interests you, you pay to unlock their contact details (phone / WhatsApp, email). This payment is used for the operation of the platform (teacher verification, technical maintenance, support, etc.).
Each teacher must provide: an ID, their diplomas, a criminal record, a CV, a cover letter, a proof of address, and a selfie with their ID. We control these documents before displaying the “Verified Teacher” badge on their profile.
You can adjust your monthly budget, modify some criteria (subjects, schedule, type of lessons), submit a new request, or contact support via the “Contact” page to explain your situation.

Teacher FAQ

Click on « Teachers » then « Become a teacher ». Fill in the registration form, then complete your profile with your subjects, intervention areas and documents (CNI, diplomas, etc.).
You must provide: an ID (CNI or passport), your diplomas, a recent criminal record, a CV, a cover letter, a proof of address, and a selfie with your ID. Without these documents, your profile will not be marked as “verified”.
In Ivory Coast, the 30-day subscription costs 3,000 F CFA. With an active subscription, you can respond to parent requests via the internal messaging system. Without an active subscription, you can see the requests but you cannot send messages.
When a parent chooses to continue with you, they click on “Continue with this teacher” and agree to share their number. At that point, you see a “Pay to see parent number” button on the request. After payment, you see their phone / WhatsApp and email.
No, there is no automatic refund. However, we track negative feedback and possible abuse. Do not hesitate to report any problem via the “Contact” page.
You have a maximum period (4 weeks by default) after your registration. After this period, your teacher account may be blocked automatically.
